Meet Pastor Jim Rademaker

Jim Rademaker has been serving as Pastor of Hope LBC since 1997, when he and his wife, Sara, moved to Appleton after serving congregations in Minnesota and North Dakota. Before entering full-time ministry, Jim graduated from the Lutheran Brethren Seminary where his love and respect for God’s Word deepened, and he grew to appreciate the importance of preaching God’s Law and Gospel.

At Hope, Pastor Jim, along with the elders, emphasize the preaching and teaching of God’s Word during Worship, Sunday School, and mid-week Small Groups. Pastor is also grateful to minister to individuals and families throughout the many seasons of life.

Pastor Jim and Sara have seven children, three daughters-in-law, one grandchild and one dog; they also appreciate and enjoy spending time together whenever possible!
